Admission Process
WESTBROOK enrolls students who meet the academic and age requirements for the appropriate grade levels. If needed, prospective students may be asked to complete a placement assessment.
- Schedule a Visit
While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend scheduling a visit to save time and ensure a smooth experience. Please contact us at 9908353300 to book an appointment for your school tour.
- Complete the Enquiry Form
Fill out the Admission Enquiry Form online prior to your visit for a quicker process. Alternatively, you can fill it out in person at the school reception upon arrival.
- Tour the School with Your Child
Visit our school campus with your child to further explore our state-of-the-art facilities, interact with our faculty, and get a better understanding of the learning environment.
- School Tour and Guidance
Enjoy a guided tour of the school to explore our state of the art infrastructure and values. A counsellor will provide insights into our educational approach, timetable, and other important details.
- Document Verification
During the admission process, please bring along a passport-size photograph of your child, their Transfer Certificate, and any identity proof documents as required for verification.
- Complete the Application and Payment
To finalize the admission process, kindly complete the Admissions Application Form and pay the Registration Fee promptly to secure your child’s spot.
Requirements
Pre School Requirements:
- Open to children aged 3 to 5 years at the time of course commencement.
- If English is not your child’s first language, they will need to demonstrate proficiency in English, which could be assessed through an interview or other means.
- All applicants must participate in an interview as part of the admissions process.
- Applicants who do not meet the specific entry criteria may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Priority will be given to those with prior experience in early childhood education or other relevant experiences.
Primary School Requirements:
- Open to students aged 6 to 12 years at the time of course commencement.
- If English is not your child’s first language, they will need to demonstrate English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each band and 6.0 in speaking.
- All applicants are interviewed as part of the admissions process.
- Applicants not meeting the entry criteria may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Academic Director.
- Consideration will be given to those with relevant academic history, extracurricular activities, and overall potential.
